Esalen Massage
Our traditional Esalen Massage is an inward journey rather than purely a therapeutic treatment. Through long strokes and a slow pace, you are invited to return to your natural state of balance and feel a sense of wholeness. Using medium pressure, we work intuitively with your body, allowing us to go deeper and relieve soft tissue or release any stagnate energy that the body may be holding. Central to this massage is our presence-based touch, allowing for an experience of body, mind, and spirit.
Custom Massage
Experience deep relaxation with therapeutic benefits!
Our custom Massage blends a variety of techniques to create an individualized massage experience, including; Swedish, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu and Myofascial Therapy. Combining different bodywork therapies allows us to provide what your body requires and adapt during our session if needed. Your session will begin with a brief intake to discuss areas of focus and how we can craft the perfect massage for you.
Shiatsu Massage
Our Zen-based Shiatsu massage helps restore harmony within your body. Using rhythmic finger pressure, gentle stretches and soothing palm techniques, we move along your body's energy pathways (meridians) to help release stress, improve circulation, and promote deep relaxation. Foot and Hand Reflexology is also incorporated. This massage is performed fully clothed and without oil, allowing you to completely relax, while receiving the benefits of this meditative therapeutic treatment.
