Location
We are located on the first floor of the Center Street Marketplace. There is free parking in the Village Venter. Our Sanctuary is UP the stairs, next to the Carmel Valley Business Center, and then to your LEFT.

Our policies
Health Intake Form
First time guests will be emailed a digital health intake form once your appointment is booked. The form covers any recent injuries, surgeries, health conditions, areas of pain/tension, and medications, if applicable. It includes a waiver to sign, and must be completed prior to your appointment.
The information is secure and confidential, and only used by your massage therapist to ensure there are no contraindications to provide a safe and effective massage.
Late Arrival
We ask all guests to arrive about 5 to 10 minutes prior to their appointment time to ensure we can properly check-in and give you your full time on the massage table. We work to a set schedule with consecutive sessions, so late arrivals will not receive an extension of their appointment.
Cancel/No Show
We require 24 hours notice to avoid our late-cancellation fee, which is the Full Price of your scheduled service. You can cancel or reschedule online, but if within 24 hours you must call us to advise. Our number can be found on your appointment confirmation email. No shows will not be refunded, and if the session isn't paid for, we will send you an invoice that you must pay before booking another appointment. This policy is in place to protect our valuable time and income.
Booking/Payment
The easiest way to schedule an appointment is to book online, which we prefer. Booking online does require full payment by credit/debit card. If you are having trouble with the system or prefer to pay in cash or check after your session, you can always email us to arrange directly.
